body_text_color=&#8221;#e02b20&#8243; border_color_all=&#8221;#e02b20&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>A net-metered onsite solar PV system is one that is \u201cbehind-the-meter\u201d and directly-connected to a client\u2019s property.\u00a0 Commercial\/industrial systems typically range in size from 200 kW \u2013 2MW, but may be smaller or larger depending upon a client\u2019s property size and electricity consumption.\u00a0 System size is typically determined by the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The client\u2019s electricity consumption, typically determined from the past 12-months of electric bills at the time of system analysis.<\/li>\n<li>The physical limits of the client\u2019s property in which to accommodate the solar PV system.\u00a0 In some cases, the system may be capable of generating more or less energy than the client consumes.<\/li>\n<li>Government regulations determining the use of backup storage and\/or overproduction of solar energy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;What system configuration?&#8221; body_text_color=&#8221;#e02b20&#8243; border_color_all=&#8221;#e02b20&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct an initial site survey to assess the configuration and general condition of the client\u2019s property to determine if it may accommodate a solar PV system.<\/li>\n<li>Examine the client\u2019s main electrical service to determine its configuration and general condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Develop a proposal for the client&#8221; open_toggle_text_color=&#8221;#e02b20&#8243; closed_toggle_text_color=&#8221;#e02b20&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.90&#8243; title_font=&#8221;Audiowide||||||||&#8221; body_font=&#8221;Audiowide||||||||&#8221; body_text_color=&#8221;#e02b20&#8243; border_color_all=&#8221;#e02b20&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Develop a proposal based on system size and consumption for the following options:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PPA (a.k.a.
